Secret to Weightloss

Since April 4, 2010, I've dropped more than 45 lbs. People have marveled over how I've done this in such a short amount of time. So I wanted to write and let you know my secret - and guess what? I'm not charging for it. What I will say first is that you MUST be dedicated to losing your weight. You cannot do it without internal dedication!! I'll be posting several of the things that I did to bring my weight down from 204 to a current weight of 162. The first of which - EAT HEALTHY. Does that have your interest peaked? It shouldn't - you should always be eating healthy and not eating out every day. I cut out the amount of times that I eat out down to a couple per week. The rest of the week, I cook my meals and prepare meals to take to work. My biggest weight gain was from always eating out at work. I'll post more tricks about eating healthy!

For those of you who thought I was gone, I'm not. I am really here! The last couple of years has seen such a transition for me, going from one city to another, from one type of training job to another and now, I'm transitioning again, sort of, into the Social Media Marketing world. It's such a new world for many of us and I'm very very excited to be someone that people are going to. I'm becoming the 'expert' that people rely on - which is a change for me!

Ok, so you all know that I spend so much time on the internet that I always seem to find great deals and I try to share them. Well, I found probably the best site so far - well, that is, if you are like me and have a passion for high-energy dance music and remixes. I am somewhat sad that I found this site because I'm on it all the time now looking for current and past hits. I have found songs that take me back to my 'coming' out days - you always remember the music from large events such as 'coming out.'

Officially a Homeowner Again

Well Folks, I'm officially a homeowner again. I moved in a couple of weeks ago and am still living out of boxes as I unpack. It's been so blasted hot (several days over 100 degrees) that I can't do much during the day that involves going outside, without coming in all hot an sweaty!
